Ellen Chiwenga is a FIFA Football Match Agent and member of the Association of Football Agents (AFA), the International Association of FIFA Licensed Football Match Agents (FIFMA), and Women in Football (WIF) from Zimbabwe. She has been working for the past 20 years with some of the best football clubs and national teams in the world on all aspects of football including friendly games, tours, player transfers, sponsorships, partnerships, academy and football development. Mentored by some of the greatest managers in world football, she became the first Black African woman FIFA Match Agent in the world. A pioneer, she constantly creates new opportunities for sponsors and investors to promote brands and attract investment and tourism in host countries with world-class teams and projects. She hires top managers, coaches, as well as important members of the management team such as sporting and technical directors for clubs and football associations. As a football expert, Ellen provides her insight to the higher instances. She worked with the FIFA Fan Movement on several key topics for fans including the implementation of the new VAR technology, or with FIFA on the new course regarding minors for FIFA licensed football agents and currently on a project to prevent head injuries in football.
Ellen transforms the game into a powerful instrument of social and economic development that opens new horizons, drives growth, and inspires change around the world. Ellen’s outstanding work has not gone unnoticed. She is the winner of prestigious awards such as the African Woman of the Year in Football (2018), the UK Football Black List Award (2019), or the Medal of the Knight of the Order of Lafayette (2020). She is a Global Goodwill Ambassador of Bring Hope Humanitarian Foundation, a charity organisation bringing help to people in need and unprivileged women and children around the world.

Mr. Yves Couturier is an FA (The Football Association of England) registered intermediary and a FIFA licensed football agent, as well as an entrepreneur and event organizer. He provides private and corporate clients with product market-entry and promotional strategy planning.
He has previously worked with international organizations such as the Organization for Security and Co operation in Europe (OSCE) and the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), and has also held marketing and sales roles across the private and non-profit sectors.
Yves collaborates with football clubs, players, national football associations and confederations on player transfers, youth academies and grassroots football development, club sales and acquisitions, sponsorships and partnerships, friendly matches, and other related projects. He is committed to using football as a platform to promote global investment, tourism, and economic development. In addition, he actively supports Mission 89, an organization dedicated to safeguarding young athletes and preventing human trafficking in sport and football.

As Director of EC in Americas and Asia, Liyun Xia oversees and manages the agency's operations, relationships, and business activities across these two key regions. Equipped with a sharp business acumen and extensive business connections, she is responsible for expanding the agency’s presence, strengthening partnerships, and supporting new opportunities within both the Americas and Asia.
Liyun identifies new opportunities for growth, including new partnerships and potential partners such as local businesses, broadcasters, national corporations, clubs and federations. She develops region-specific strategies to increase the strength and visibility of football in both regions, maintains strong relationships with local stakeholders, and helps coordinate friendly matches, international tournaments, and football camps in the regions. She identifies ways EC can contribute to support grassroots football development, coaching education, and youth academy initiatives.
Navigating the cultural nuances, she plays a vital role in collaborating with commercial partners, organizing events, or developing strategies to leverage the growing popularity of football within two of the most dynamic and diverse football markets in the world.
